Polk County and its municipalities have recognized the importance of industry and are committed to working together to foster a manufacturing-friendly environment.
The Development Authority of Polk County makes every effort to reach out to our existing industries annually to determine what they need to be successful. Our program informs them of the available opportunities and resources that can address anything from initiating or increasing international trade, tax assistance, and hiring support to training, problem solving and resource matching, among many other areas of interest.
